Food Journal


I’m going to update this page (hopefully daily) with what I’m eating and how much.  I’m getting into a good workout routine and since I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet (my strength and endurance has improved) I need to change my diet.  I’m not going to extremes (I’m not going to do the South Beach, Atkins, grapefruit or any other crazy diet).  I’m just going to watch what I eat, try to eat sugary foods in moderation (I’m a big junk food junkie so cutting out sugar completely will probably kill me!  lol) and see what I get teaming diet and exercise.

Dinner – Chicken Breast, mayo potatoes, half an ear of corn on the cob

Breakfast – 2 slices of toast with cream cheese, cup of tea with milk and sugar
Lunch – 2 slices of toast with cream cheese, blueberry yogurt, cup of tea with milk and sugar
Dinner – baked potato with chili, shredded cheese and sour cream, water
Snack – Two slices of warm banana bread with butter

Breakfast – bowl of Special K cereal with whole milk
Snack – 2 slices pepperoni and 1 Gusher fruit snack bummed from Bug
Lunch – (I’m blanking on what I ate…lol serves me right for not writing it down sooner! lol)
Snack -
Dinner – chicken breast, potatoes and corn on the cob, kool-aid
Snack – M&M’s, yogurt, kool-aid

Breakfast – bowl of special K cereal with 2 strawberries, whole milk
Lunch – Half a bbq’ed chicken breast and baked beans (leftovers from my fridge), chocolate pudding cup
Snack – Fruit by the Foot
Dinner – Turkey, Ham and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo and italian dressing, a few Sour Cream and Onion chips and 4 slices of pepperoni and a slice of Salami. 12 oz of pepsi

Breakfast – skipped…wasn’t feeling great and slept late.
Lunch – Swiss cheese sandwich with mustard, dried cranberries, water
Snack 3 celery sticks with cream cheese/mayo dip
Dinner – Bowl of chicken ceaser salad with bread sticks
Snack – 10 Flipside crackers with swiss cheese, cup of chamomile tea with honey

Lunch – small bowl of soup, 10 crackers, yogurt, water
Snack -
Dinner – bowl of hamburger helper, water
Snack – chocolate covered raisins, dried cranberries, cinnamon/sugar chips, sherbet/jello dessert

Breakfast – Half a banana smeared with peanut butter, half a cup of tea with sugar and lemon juice
Lunch – BLT sandwich, half a cup of tea with sugar and lemon juice (left over from this am)
Snack – 6oz peach yogurt
Dinner – One beer battered fish fillet, 5 fish sticks, steak fries and water
Snack – 6 oz yogurt, 8 oz pink lemonade

Lunch – Bowl of Campbell’s Goldfish and Meatball soup (Bug’s choice) and 12 crackers, water
Snack – Celery sticks with a cream cheese/mayo dip
Dinner – BLT sandwich
Snack – Cup of tea with milk and sugar, 10 flipside crackers with swiss cheese, 1 cadbury mini cream egg

Lunch – slice of bread with peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and sugar with a glass of water.
Snack – celery stalk with a cream cheese/mayo mixture Scott made
Dinner – 1/2 bbq-ed chicken breast, baked potato, ear of corn, baked beans, pink lemonade with a s’more for dessert

Lunch – Cheese sandwich with mustard, 30g white cheddar cheese crackers, water, Strawberry Fruit by the Foot
Snack – 1 Cadbury Mini Cream Egg – yes, I still have some leftover from Easter
Dinner – Bowl of macaroni and cheese with broccoli and chicken in it
Snack – Italian Ice, 4 Laffy Taffy and 8 oz of Kool-aid.
