Food for Friday 4/27-5/10 and 30 Day Shred – Day 8

So I’m a slacker today.  I got up late…didn’t feel like doing my shred, but I made myself.  It was a good day.  My body didn’t hurt as much as it did on Thursday, so I’m guessing I got back into the routine.  I hope taking the weekend off doesn’t mess with that again.  I did think I was going to have to stop in the middle since I started getting a pain in the inside of my right knee.  I think I stepped wrong while doing those dreaded jump ropes…Of all the exercises in level 1…I hate those the most.

I also slacked and didn’t make up the menu until late…I just totally forgot about it…But, here it is…it’s still Friday, so I’m good…  Apparently there’s nothing really on sale at the grocery store that we need this week, so it’s going to be a low budget week and I’ll be digging into the stash of food in the freezer…but hey, that’s what it’s there for!

Monday –  Craft Night  – Leana’s turn to cook
Tuesday – Eggs Benedict
Wednesday Buffalo Chicken Tenders with Tater Tots
Thursday – Game Night – Dinner TBD
Friday – Spaghetti and Meatballs
Saturday –  Left Overs – Fend for Yourself
Sunday – Left Overs – Fend for Yourself

Monday –  Craft Night  – My turn to cook – Slow Cooker Hearty Beef Chili
Tuesday – Rotisserie Chicken with Rice and Broccoli
Wednesday – Chicken and Corn Chowder
Thursday – Stuffed Pork Chops with Sage Stuffing, pasta and veggies
Friday Winter Beef Stew
Saturday –  Left Overs – Fend for Yourself
Sunday – Left Overs – Fend for Yourself
